Project Theming:
The visitor journey begins at the entrance of the aquarium, guiding them through a captivating thematic experience that transitions from Vietnam’s majestic mountains, through serene river villages and lush jungles, to the mysterious depths of the sea. The overarching theme is inspired by the local folk tale of a majestic whale that rescues a fisherman from stormy seas. Throughout the aquarium, subtle design elements and thematic features weave this enchanting folklore into the overall narrative, creating a rich, immersive experience for every guest.

The process of bringing an idea to life begins with creating initial sketches that capture the essence and vision of the concept. These sketches serve as a visual foundation, allowing everyone involved to align their understanding and build a shared perspective of the design intent.
The creation of a 3d model at the earliest stage of any project allows for a comprehensive exploration of the design, identifying optimal viewing angles and helps address potential issues during the later stages of construction by enabling virtual inspections and adjustments throughout the design stage.
Creating a 3D perspective is a crucial step in presenting the final idea to clients and securing stakeholder approvals. This detailed visualization provides a realistic and immersive view of the proposed concept, helping clients and stakeholders to better understand and envision the end product. By showcasing the design and incorporating realistic textures and lighting, the 3D perspective not only highlights the concept's potential but also facilitates informed decision-making and feedback, ultimately fostering alignment and confidence in the final design.
Once a 3D model is finalized, detailed dimensions are extracted to ensure accuracy and precision in construction. By incorporating all elements to scale, the model provides a comprehensive and measurable blueprint. These detailed dimensions and scaled components are used to create schedules and cost estimates, which are then provided to builders for quoting and pricing. This meticulous process ensures that the construction plans are both feasible and financially viable, facilitating a smooth transition from design to execution.
